Cheapest entry tier: Jobber Core at $37/mo (or $22/mo billed annually) — but it covers only 1 user. CrewConductor's $49/mo Starter covers 5 techs, making it the cheapest option for any shop past 1 person.

Flat-tier pricing (no per-user fees): Only CrewConductor publishes flat tiers — $49/mo (5 techs), $99/mo (25 techs), $199/mo (75 techs). Service Fusion is also flat but requires annual billing and lands at $208–$533/mo. Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, and FieldPulse all charge per user.

How to read this comparison

Field service software pricing falls into three buckets:

What "starting price" actually means

The headline tier rarely covers what a real shop needs. Things commonly gated to higher tiers:
